VIDEO: World, meet Endo the incredible jumping dog. The 6-year-old black Labrador retriever gained attention across the globe after a video of him jumping before an appointment at the Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital went viral last month.
Catherine "Callie" Kuntz and Kayle Austin have been selected as the first recipients of the Veterinary Education Loan Repayment Program, which was established by Colorado law in 2017.
"It's like owning a kangaroo!" said Howard Seim IV of Fort Collins about what it's like living with Endo, the amazing jumping dog. He charmed the internet in December when a video of his pogo-stick-like jumping garnered more than a hundred thousand views on YouTube and Facebook and was shared by both national and international news organizations.
This dog does not appear to be afraid of the vet at all - in fact he cannot contain his excitement!

The investigation is ongoing, but it appears to be unrelated to the prior three cases of EIA reported in the state this year. The initial test was completed at Colorado State University’s Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory in Rocky Ford, with the confirmatory test completed at the National Veterinary Services Laboratory in Ames, Iowa, in early December.

Dr. Paul Wise was born that same year, on Sept. 5 to be exact. Dr. Wise enrolled in Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, graduating in 1950. At age 100, he continues to practice veterinary medicine.
"I think all the communities in rural Colorado are going to benefit from this,” said Dr. Julia Herman, a veterinarian and clinical instructor at CSU.
